* Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
* Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
* Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
* We will NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
* We currently ship to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping is via USPS First Class Parcel, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail depending on the package's weight.
* Your item will be shipped upon cleared payment within 1 business days, Mondays through Saturday (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays).
* We will notify you when your item is shipped.
* We accept credit cards via Google Checkout and PayPal.
* PayPal customers, please note: due to our limited inventory, we will not put any items on hold. Unless you have trouble using PayPal or need assistance in completing your order, we generally do not send out invoices. Therefore, immediate payment is required at time of placing the order or your order will be canceled without notice (unless prior arrangement with us has been made). PayPal echecks will have to be cleared (4 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time) before the order is shipped.
* All health & beauty products including fragrances are not returnable.
* Information regarding all of our items including their pictures, prices, S&H fees, and descriptions are clearly stated in the listings.
* Shipping and handling fees are not negotiable.
* Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving item if there is any problems - no exceptions. In the event that we decide a return is necessary (excluding health & beauty items), we will issue a return authorization. The returned package must be sent and postmarked within 2 business days of authorization. The item must be new, unopened, unused, untested, and in the same condition as when it was sent out to you with all original tags and retail package attached where applicable.
* All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling fees are not refunded.
